Who can become a partner?
The program is for individual property consultants and small agencies. Create an account to start your application; identity, bank verification and activation requirements apply.
When do I earn a commission?
A referral qualifies when the referred owner subscribes and remains active for 30 days. Commission amounts, adjustments and withholding are shown separately in your account.
Is there an activation fee?
Yes, a one-time activation fee applies. You can review the amount and payment status during onboarding before paying.
How do payouts work?
When earnings are available and your bank is verified, you can request a payout from your partner account. Any open holds must be cleared first.
Can I use my resident or owner account?
Your partner account is separate. You can access it from the partner website or app, with your referrals and earnings in one place.
